LINES THAT REFUSE TO BEHAVE - Artists Living with Brain Injuries at The Bomb Factory Shoreditch

We are delighted to announce Lines That Refuse To Behave, a new exhibition by Submit to Love Studios at The Bomb Factory Shoreditch running from Tuesday 11th to Sunday 16th March.

Submit to Love Studios is home to a group of artists living with a brain injury. All artists are members of Headway East London in Hackney — a local charity supporting brain injury survivors, their families and carers. The exhibition is an exploration of artistic freedom—of marks that wander, ideas that shift, and creations that refuse to conform.

Lines That Refuse To Behave brings together nine artists from our community, each with a unique and deeply personal approach to making art: Affiong, Jason, Simon, Sam, Billy, Dave, John, Mohammed and Trevor.

Submit to Love challenge perceptions of who gets to be an artist. The studio is not about conformity but exploration—where creativity unfolds in unexpected ways, and the act of making is as vital as the final piece.

Don't miss the opportunity to discover new, unconventional art!
