The Way To You - Pop Up Shop of Chinese Crochet at The Bomb Factory Covent Garden

The Bomb Factory Art Foundation is hosting a pop-up shop with the Chinese Crochet Collective The Way to You, at our Covent Garden Gallery space this Thursday 31st May and running until Sunday.

The Way to You is a making initiative created by Bomb Factory artists  Wuchao Feng and Yue Yin, providing work for over seventy people from Jilin, China with limited financial means to create beautifully crafted crotchet flowers that are sold in Liberties and other high-end establishments. The collective supports, mothers, the elderly, and those with disabilities enabling them to have a stable income and the dignity of knowing that their work is sold worldwide,  exemplifying their fine craftsmanship.

This weekend catch examples of their work, where each stitch embodies hope and solidarity, transforming everyday yarn into symbols of strength and support.
